Karen
Manager
I absolutely love to help people. The blessings of developing relationships with our patients, sharing special life moments, and helping them understand how we can help with their dental needs brings joy. Seeing all those beautiful smiles, watching children grow up and families change through the years, has brought me such happiness!
Karen studied dental hygiene, graduated in 1975, and worked in that part of the profession for more than 20 years. She shifted her focus to the front office and business side of the office, while still supporting the clinical side, and joined our practice in 1992. Working in the front office, Karen greets, checks in, and updates patients’ information. She also schedules appointments, reviews treatment plans, handles insurance processing, communicates with specialists, and provides support to our doctors and staff.
Born and raised in Limerick, Karen and her husband met after high school and have been married for 45 years. They are proud to have raised their amazing daughter and son and are extremely grateful for their children’s spouses, who are considered bonus children. The couple now has four grandblessings: three boys and one girl, all of whom are delightful. In her spare time, Karen enjoys crocheting, meditation, gardening, being with family and friends, and laughing. She and her family were honored to be part of the team that helped build Mandarach Park and love spending time there.
Katie
Dental Hygienist
I treasure the relationships built with patients — and love being able to work with my mom!
Katie started in the field in 2009, holds an associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Montgomery County Community College, and joined us in 2011. As a hygienist, she provides thorough and gentle cleanings, as well as personalized education, to maintain optimal oral and dental health for our patients.
Away from the office, Katie enjoys time with her husband of a dozen years, their three beautiful daughters, and two dogs.
Sheryl
Dental Hygienist
I like helping my patients feel good about their smiles — and working with my daughter!
Sheryl graduated from Montgomery County Community College in 1977 with an associate’s degree. She has worked as a hygienist at four dental practices over more than 45 years. In 2007 she brought her knowledge, skills, and love for healthy smiles to our practice. In addition to providing care and helping maintain the best oral health for her patients, she offers useful patient education and motivation.
Sheryl and her husband Dan have been married for 45 years. Their daughter Katie is a hygienist here. Their son Ben is a CNC machinist and works close by. The couple has three granddaughters and loves babysitting them. Sheryl also enjoys cooking, family vacations, and teaching Sunday school.
